Hellooo!

Went to do the braces thing again today bcos there was a problem..

Just came back!

Anw, changed to green ar.

I am gonna talk about th training yesterday morning!

Woke up in the morning at about 7.. late.

Rushed and reached at about 8.08?

WAH!

When I reach the hall, coach said what, "Xavier, the saviour".

LOL.

Then Jiong Yang told me they did not have the keys for the cupboard.

Phewzz!

I thought what I late.

HAha

Set up nets and later warm up.

Sermin kept scolding Wei Ting--> JIAO BIN.

So, they were jiaobin-ing..

Lol.

Mr Khoo joined in too!

Mr Khoo said better streched our legs more.

Then the boys were like" OMG, shit again PT stairs"

Haiz..

It came true..

Did running of stairs and later sprinting.

So TIRED!

Could not rest even if we had stich so Guan Lin "tried" to act vomit... followed by Wei Quan.

Wah Seh!

A.I just say he need to go toilet.

Mr Khoo allowed!

And I think he got stucked in the toilet bowl la!

He missed around 3 rounds of the stairs PT!

So shiok!

There was once we cheated.

Did very quickly..

Overtooked all the girls.

But HAD TO RE-DO EVERYTHING!!!!

Actually, ok la.

Cos that's the punishment.

Finished PT and it was 10am already!

We spent 2 hours on PT!

Only 1 hour to train.

After finishing all the netting, flicking.

Packed th shuttles.

We played a game.

Like continuous ball.

1 person serve, opponent hit, hit back, next person run in and..... keep going on.

The boys group won.

Quite close.

After that, Mr. Khoo asked everyone to leave the hall in like 2 mins.

The boys immediately took the things to backstage.

Later when we came out, no one was in the hall.

So, we stroked!
HEHEHE..

Left 1 hour to CIP for them.

So we went to the canteen to eat instead of original plan to eat at Cityvibe.

Had briefing later.

And went up again to play line catching.

I think th boys were like playinq among ourselves most of the time.

Finished so I went to packet food from the canteen home.

That's all!

Tomorrow also have training from 8-11.

Hope there is no more PT but multiples instead!
