HAPPY BIRTHDAY NG WEI QUAN!!!

Came back from Mc just now.

Ate with Anthony& Russell.

Saw Bei Ni there also.

Actually planned to play basketball but it rained...

So we went to eat first.

Played basketball later.

The floor was wet.

Went home(:

Chatted on msn with quite a lot of people.

HAHA.

Yesterday, had training at JWSH.

Went there rather early.

Saw Jaye at the traffic light.

Stroked a while.

And then coach came.

Mr Khoo looked like he just woke up!

The hair was qiau4 qi3 lai2 one.

yee Shong asked him if he really just woke up he said yes.

Warmed-up.

Ran.

Then did footwork.

Same as Monday.

Point for the other party.

I partnered Guan Lin.

He was like kept pointing the same place at the beginning of every set.

Mr Khoo came and asked him to do 30 all at once!

Haha.

He did GOOD!

So fast.

Did drop& lift.

Played games.

Played with Nich Khoo.

WON.

Went to the track to see them run cos I run on Mon alr.

After the 1st 400m run, Shuan Hock went to the drain and lied down there.

We all thought he was just tired, so he was resting.

But he was actually vomitted!

He rested.

But continued the 100m once.

He felt uncomfortable after everything.

Haha.

I told Mr Khoo that I wanted to run the 100m.

Got once 15secs and another 14secs.

Sucx man.

Training ended.

Took mrt with a lot of people.

Dicky, Shuan Hock, Wei Quan, Ze Li, Guan Lin, Shi Han& etc.

Joked in the mrt.

Shuan Hock went to sit at the reserved seat for pregnant ladies.etc.

Then Dicky guailan-ed him.

HAHA.

Alighted at Lakeside with Ze Li and Shi Han.

They went out and stood at the platform.

I went home.

Bathed.

Went to have dinner at my grandma's house!

Was SOOOOO HUNGRY.

Ate 2 bowls of rice.

HAHA.
